Tomato and red pepper soup with cream and golden croutons

Duck and orange pate on mixed dressed leaves with a red onion marmalade and Melba toast

Smoked salmon and crème fraiche with capers and fresh dill

Char-grilled sirloin steak with garlic and thyme, topped with a tomato Provencale and stilton,
served with skinny fries

Roulade of trout stuffed with prawns and lightly steamed. Served with a champagne and rocket
sauce

Wild mushroom Risotto served with shavings of fresh parmesan cheese

Eton Mess, fresh raspberries, whipped cream and crushed meringues

Lemon Torte, finished with cream and redcurrants

Chocolate fudge cake served warm with clotted cream ice cream
