We are situated on the northern bank of the river Teign, enjoying glorious views which extend to the estuary at the mouth of the river Teignmouth.

With 30 spacious bedrooms, eight luxury penthouse rooms and a suite overlooking the river, all rooms are well appointed and tastefully furnished and many have the benefit of superb views of the river and its abundant wildlife.

Conveniently located and accessible from a number of roads throughout Devon, we are always pleased to offer advice on the most expedient route.

We offer a complete range of facilities for your conference. Our unique location ensures that you will enjoy the benefit of a delightful riverside setting as well as the unique accessibility whether you are travelling by road, rail or air.

A selection of well equipped function facilities caters for a wide range of events and we are pleased to offer the facility for smaller function of up to 28 people in our new ‘Estuary Suite’.

Our catering team, led by Peter Roberts, can assist you in creating the perfect menu for the occasion, utilising the finest ingredients and our restaurant manager is available to offer advice on wines and champagne for your function.
