Bookings

All provisional bookings are required to be confirmed by the client in writing within 7 (seven) days otherwise the Hotel reserves the right to release the date and venue to other enquirers.

Cancellations

All bookings once confirmed by the client in writing will be subject to a cancellation fee of two thirds of the cost of all requirements, if cancellation takes effect less than 14 days prior to the event and the Hotel is unable to re-let the facilities booked (at the discretion of the Management).

VAT

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate on the date of the event.
