Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is requested for cancellation of appointments. We reserve the right to charge a fee of £50% of the treatment cost on missed appointments.
Booking Policy
A fee of 50% of the treatment price may be requested on bookings over 1 hour and on group bookings. This fee will be refunded if 24 hours notice is given for cancellation of appointments.
