By Car
Start out at Exeter Airport, Exeter
Turn right
At traffic signals turn right onto the B3184 (signposted Clyst Honiton)
At roundabout take the 2nd exit (signposted Exeter)
At roundabout take the 2nd exit, then merge onto the A30 (signposted Exeter)
Warning: Speed Cameras along the A30
Branch left, and then join the M5 motorway (signposted Plymouth, M5)
Exeter Service Area (MOTO)
At Junction 31 M5 continue forward onto the A38 (signposted Plymouth)
Keep in left hand lanes then branch left, then merge onto the A380 (signposted Torquay)
Branch left, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Teignmouth Road - A383 (signposted Ashburton)
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Vicarage Hill - A383
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Greenhill Way - A383 (signposted Ashburton)
Turn left onto Hackney Lane
By Train
Newton Abbot is the nearest railway station to the Passage House and provides regular services to and from the major towns and cities in the UK. The station is served by the three main train companies Virgin Rail, Wales & West and Great Western.
The train journey South offers one of the most beautiful coastal routes in the country, with trains travelling along the famous Dawlish Warren and Teign Estuary.
